Trainings of Proactive are distinguished by the system approach and closeness to practical situations. First, we and you analyze the current situation and determine the goals you want to achieve. Based on this, we develop the content of training and include examples from your practice into training exercises. Before training, each participant gets questions. Answering the questions, the participant formulates his own training goals.
Training exercises, based on your practical situations, will be used to practice the main principles and details of communication which will considerably increase your personal and professional competence. The training will give you new impulses which will motivate you to use new methods.
