Project manager
Requirements:
- 30 to 45 years
- Higher technical education
- At least 5 years of experience of working in IT, at least 2 years of experience of working as system architecture, project manager, company direction manager
- Knowledge of project management standards and project management methodology
- Knowledge of MS Office, Visio, MS Project
- Experience in making work schedules. Experience in contract work management. Experience in involvement of subcontractors
- Basic knowledge in the field of accountant document workflow
- Formation and checking of fulfillment of tasks, formation of offers, setting of tasks
- The ability to fulfill tasks under tight schedules and in active working mode
- Possibility of business trips
Personal qualities:
- Excellent communicative and organizational skills
- Experience of working with foreign clients and the ability of efficient negotiating both inside a working team and with the customer’s managers.
Duties:
- Administrative management of projects (dates, budget, resources, risks, results);
- Project team management;
- Personal responsibility for project management and compliance of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of work results in the project with the set parameters;
- Solving of all problems occurring during project implementation, excluding possible negative consequences which might hinder successful project completion.
