Corporate Life
The basis of successful work of any company is not only professional staff but a team-oriented friendly collective of friends as well. If we are glad to work together, we are also glad to work in a unified team. ALPE consulting does both things perfectly well. The more such activities we organize, the more vivid and diverse becomes ALPE life, and there are more common positive moments which we want to remember again and again.
Summer team building at frigate Castor-1. August 2010
It was violent heat, the shore was not seen due to the smog, but ALPE-pirates are not afraid of natural calamities. They are fearless old sea dogs who captured the frigate and hoisted the Jolly Roger on it!
In this way, having armed ourselves with daggers and put on frocks, we were escaping the Moscow heat on the Klyazma Water Reservoir. After an opening speech by the company manager, Alexander Shachner, and initiation into pirates we had 4 full hours for informal conversation and bathing in Klyazma. Indeed, no employee would miss such exciting activities in out company!
People with different and peculiar interests and lifestyle are working at our company. We love travelling, backpacking, sports, participating in other exciting activities. The geography of our interests spreads from Kamchatka to Brazil and from RSA to Canada.
Alexander Shachner, director general of ALPE consulting, has travelled in Tibet for a long time, took part in climbing the Elbrus twice, climbed the highest mountain in Austria – Grossglockner at 3,797 meters above sea level – with his sons.

In 2010, Alexander visited the World Football Championship in RSA where he and other fans supported the Germany team.
In summer 2010, a team of enthusiasts headed by ALPE consulting chairman of the management board Mikhail Skovorodin drove over 4,000 km on motorcycles from the Don River head to its estuary. Together with Andrei Makarenkov, ALPE consulting IT director, they passed Lipetsk, Voronezh, Rostov-on-Don, Azov and finished their trip in Pavlo-Ochakovo. The most memorable stop was not far from the Monastyrschyna Village, where Kulikovo Battle took place in 1380 – it marked the beginning of liberation of Rus from the Tatar Mongolian yoke which was ended a century later.
Vladimir Antokhin, sales manager, is member of the TV Club “What? Where? When?” since 2005. During this time, he took part in 12 intellectual encounters with TV viewers, in 2005 he was considered the best player of the year of the MTS team. Now Vladimir is playing in Balash Kasumov’s team.
